It was probably a typo...I've never seen a sword go from 11 to 22 in entire time playing GW. 11-22 is wand/staff max so he probably meant it as max 15-22.

But if it's purple...max 1k to someone in Ascalon or other newbie areas because it's a decent skin, just not "gold". IF it's 15-22 like I assume it is.
