I just came up with a quite good idea regarding the Kind of a Big Deal track:
So what's the big deal?
I think it would be quite cool if you would get a nice and shiny aura when you claim the highest possible rank (God Walking Amongst Mere Mortals) in the KoaBD track.
What should this auro look like?
The aura should be very similiar to the one Kormir gets from absorbing
Abaddon's powers in the Nightfall ending movie, but slightly less shiny so you won't get blinded every time you see a person with GWAMM.
What other effects could this have in-game?
This new feature should get people more active in the "mapped areas" of GW.
More people would do vanquishing, missions, farming but also spend more gold to buy lockpicks.
What positive effects would this bring to the game?
People would get more active in the game.
The economy would become slightly more stabile because of the lockpicks.
People (as me) would be more motivated to climb for the GWAMM title.
The GWAMM title would be more respected (I mean, God Walking Amongst Mere Mortals. Kormir is a god, and as the title says you're also a god if you have it.)
What negative effects could this bring to the game?
Our computers graphic cards will have to work a few kb's harder.
People (as me) would be jelous.
But hey, I've got GWAMM and I don't want my character to glow!
I hope that if Arena.net adds this feature, you will be able to click a small button in the "Hero [H]" window that allows you to turn on/off the aura.
What do we do with the people who don't wanna see the aura at all?
Again, if Arena.net adds this feature, I hope they'll also add a button at the Graphic options that allows you to raise/lower/turn off the quality of the aura on your screen.
Please discuss this idea, I'd like to hear your opinions as well!

If all the titles for GWAMM where achievement titles I would agree.
But you max it with a lot of grind titles. Grind titles don't show merit, they show time.
If they added an adventurer title (quests) and a Master title (all achievement titles of a region) and their legendaries (Legendary master would include also Eye of the North master)
Then we'll have 28 achievement titles. Add two achievement titles more and separate GWAMM into two titles: one for achievement titles and one for grind titles, and I would agree to give that visual effect to the achievement titles.

Most titlez are achievement titles to get up in KoaBD, you can easily get up to rank 4 with them. Then that leave only 10 grind based titlles out of the 30. Also all your vanquishing should get your close to your rep titles, do a few doa runs to max out your lightbringer, plus you should have some cash to start afford the consumable titles.
I dunno, I still think pve needs a shiny, it used to be armor set and weapon skin, but the zchest and reward points ruined that. Guess the only thing is the HoM, but even that is sorta confusing on how much it worth.

It would certainly make all the effort a little more worth it. I'm just about to #26 and the last 4 are gonna be a pain (and expensive!!).
I'd like to see something carry over to GW2 if your account had the God Walking title on it. Wouldn't that be sweet! Like a descendant of the Gods title or something!

/not signed because I want GWAMM to float when in town/outpost, or another idea is a special HAT that resembles a halo that glows, also if its a hat its easy to give to players without.
For the below, Tyla, I am not sure what you are trying to say, other then if you buy the pvp only pack, but generally speaking if you buy guild wars, you have everything that another players have, both pvp and pve stuffs, its there for you to take. You just have to play the game to get it. Now, whats the problem that someone wants to see a little something that actually is visible when they are standing in a town or outpost. it is only fair because PvP can display the title below their name and at the same time they can force people to look at their emote if they so chooses, while you don't think PvE highest title should get somekind of recognition, I think it is only fair to give GWAMM something to display thats visible, not just the title beneath their character which if you do not highlight the character you won't even see it.
Not for the below:
Please don't bring in zaishen title, its is for both pvp and pve players because both side of players can gain that title and emote. so meh, its a lame excuse to put in here.

PvE has enough stuff. Think about it, you have over 50 missions and 100 explorable areas, alot of easily obtainable armour skins (reward points are only earnable through HB / GvG AT's / mAT's or the Xunlai House, whereas money in PvE is a joke to get), your own seperate set of certain skills, and an incredible amount of titles. Not to mention it's incredibly piss-poor in difficulty for the most part.

No. HELL no. Zaishen rank was enough of a reward for PvE'rs. Absolutely not.

but, I support giving pve something shiney, but this, no, this is not so good, and as was said... too many of the titles are grind as hell to be rewarded with this crap. though some of them, (a select few) are respectable.
