Experienced Player Looking for better Guild Match

I am currently in a guild, but possibly looking for a better match.

I am looking for a primarily PvE Guild that play regularly and are experienced and interested in high end elite areas such as DOA, UW SC, etc. I am interested in playing with real people regularly (not H&H) that are interested in routinely doing these elite areas in effective and efficient manner. While playing I am looking for the fun interaction and playful banter that comes with overcoming challenges offered in the game and learning from each other's experiences.

I am, like most, looking for a mature guild. A guild that respect people, has integrity, and wholesome values with little or no use of strong language. I am looking for a guild that has an active forum with at least a core group that use ventrillo (or TS).

I have 10 toons (1 of each of the different classes) and all have finished all 3 chapters and EotN with all of them. Many of my toons have various titles, such as Guardian, Norn R10, Asuran R10, but these titles were motivated by helping others (such as HM Missions), or to improve the attributes of skills, not for having the title for titles sake.

I have done routinely most of the elite areas at one time or an other, but as skills change and chapter added have seen these evolve. I would say that I am an experienced in the game as well as real life and am on-line most evenings (CST timezone). I have played in just about every kind of team from the physical Imbagon to the tank and spank Cryway. I farm when its advantageous, and enjoy doing this with others (especially on vent to break the monotony). You may have played with me in the past, if you play these elite area as I have played in many Pick Up Groups. All my toons have the name Gerg___ Nad, for easy player-person recognition.
