New sin needs help with heroes
kai4321
Well I have been trying to be more councious about my heroes and their skills cause I seen a few of my friends get some really nice builds on heroes and it really works well. Now, I usually use 2 monks with my sin cause I always thought that was smart to do.
My first monk uses this build: OwYT04HDnZmspv01DkxdtmITAA
Second: OwAT04nCxRjsR203t7a9omITAA
Not sure how good they are, I don't want to really be buying like insignias and everything just yet, cause I'm not that rich.
What I was wondering was, what should my 3rd and last hero be? I mean I know people may say well it's preference and everything, but like what is a good general hero to use that in most situations wouldn't be too bad? If you could post a nice build it would be even better

Shinryuuu
Use 3-Necroway, see wiki for builds, i change the healer for an earth necro

it would be easier if we know your build too, but usually if you have
access to all three necros, sabway, its better than having 2 monks as
heros. the first monk build itsn't bad but having both ZB and prot spirit
can be too much e-management, specially cause they dont know when
to use ZB. Holy veil is nice but its an enchant and as far as i know
heros really arent good with holy veil, use cure hex or something like
that. the second one is pretty good, again not sure about holy veil. If
this is what you want to use, how about using a necro? they can have
great versitality and awsome e-management, you can use something
like aegis, a 10 energy enchant, without any energy problems. and you
will want to adjust what hero according to what you do.

3 necro way would work gr8 with a sin the minons would act as a 'cover' also Mark of pain with sin coordination owns hard.

if you have all the skills for it, try this one:

Ah sorry, I guess I should have said that I don't have EotN. Dre, my friend runs that build and actually it is amazingly good and although I am considering buying EotN pretty soon, I don't want to just yet. I have all the other exansions but just not EotN yet.
Super Igor
sabway is ur frend

As I said, I don't have EotN, you need that for the 3rd Necro.
ZeAliX
I use at least a prot monk (rc as elite) and VoR mesmer (with splinter and several interrupts), for last I usually bring a necro, tend to run some weaken armor, enfeebling etc
Super Igor
lulz, u shuld definetely get eotn ye....on other hand you can simply get an ss necro, resto, and rit minion bomber. =]

I also don't have EotN, so I usually run the MM bomber and the Curses, with Splinter Weapon on the latter. Instead of the Resto I run an E/Mo protter with Ether Renewal. I'm basically exchanging healing for prots, and I find it to be quite effective.
It allows me to have SB + PS, and Extinguish to dampen damage from the ocassional Searing Flames and Disease. If I need more condition removal I fit another Extinguish on the bomber (particularly when fighting Enchanted Brambles that spam Weakness, Blind, Bleeding and Cripple). If there are no conditions to be worried about then I just put hex removal. You may think enchantment removal is a problem but the minions all enchanted with DN are usually the targets.
If for any reason I need to divide the team into two groups of four (in some missions usually) I use the Curses as the resto but add Enfeebling Blood, the bomber keeps the prots, and typically use an Earth ele (<3 KD).
I tried for some time the ritualist bomber but it just doesn't cuts in and feels iffy when compared to a necro doing the job.
I do just fine H/H.

Well, if you are just leveling up then just use the heroes you have and see what works best. The hench monks are usually enough if you don't soak up damage like a sponge.
To avoid soaking up damage like a sponge:
1. Make sure you get Critical Agility from the Hero Skill guy in Kamadan, he is the Hero Skill guy but he gives you your Sunspear Assassin skill. The extra armor and attack speed help a lot.
2. Mount a simple no attribute required longbow in your 4th weapon slot. (You can find these in any starting area as drops.) And always take along a hench warrior to go with it.
If the mob ahead looks ominous, begin combat with the longbow, two or three shots usually. Then switch to daggers and go in. This protects you from taking the brunt of the enemy fire.
The hench warrior is designed to take the brunt of the enemy fire, and the hench monks are programmed to support the hench warrior while it does it.
Hang in there. The Assassin is worth it.

use this build: http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...php?t=10324449
Totaly fun and works fine with any sin build, just make sure you bring death charge. Always use the prot hench, make ur heros cast Strenght of Honor, judge insight and splinter weapon on you then Death Charge to get the mobs grouped then blow then up.
