there's a blood skill with no points in blood at all. Basically a bunch of random skills and no elite.
I'm going to say no
if you're going to have minions on your bar you should go all out death, maybe a few in curses to increase the damage if you don't want to bring a dedicated curser.
If these are your only necro skills unlocked then it will work just fine because it's pve

the second one is ok, but there are better elites than flesh golem, such as order of undeath, this would work very nice with vampiric horrors.

The second build is ok and will probably work with a hero.
I would look at changing a couple of skills as you fine tune it during play.
Firstly while Flesh Golem is a good skill there is a real problem using it with heroes.
If it dies the hero is just as likely to use the copse left behind for another minion type.
If you abandon Curses and put more points into Death you will have a hero that will raise and keep going an army of 8 to 10 minions most of the time.
Secondly you have no way at the moment to heal your minions Either Blood of the master or a Monk area effect heal would keep your army going between battles.
Or you could concentrate the points in curses and just have the odd weaker minion which will have some use in using up the corpse and causing some distraction during a battle.
Generally its better to do a few things really well rather than a lot of things not so well.

seemed ok - the minions + posion
now to understand the next part
