Cant connect to certain servers and www.guildwars.com

Out of nowhere now I can not connect to www.guildwars.com and certain pvp servers like RA and GvG maps. The error message i get is something about server routing issues,

You may want to raise a support ticket with NCSoft since it's probably server side.
