No need for sarcasm, there are lots of people who read it here much sooner than when they log in. I only log in to play, I read Guru for news, so I get to see what's gonna happen next weekend/update/w/e without having to log in every 2 hours just to see if there's anything new coming up. Besides, can't login when at work/school, can read guru.

Gotta love how they give us more double weekends without fixing the bug with the Asian districts that makes syncing even easier then kiting Mending wammos. This weekend will be dominated by Lamers syncing RA because they suck too much to start from TA. GG.

Looks like the level from which glad title can even be remotely considered to be worth anything at all skill-wise will have to be risen from r3 to r4. Well done Anet.

I feel the urge to post a slight grievance about these arena bonus weekends: They create Heal Wars in RA which makes me furious.

Many teams consist of 2-4 monks or a combination of monks and ritualits (sometimes with a dodgy healing dervish thrown in too) and this is because you're most likely to win in RA as some sort of healer or protector. When too many people join RA with this ideology, it then becomes Heal Wars.

I noticed this too. TONS of Monks, matches are taking forever, specially because I like to monk, myself. I'm a RA regular and I haven't seen this many healing in non-bonus days.

Gonna roll a Soul Bind Necro or Scourge Healing Dom Mes soon. :P

I could only play a few hours before my computer went mad, but in the first hours, the amount of noobs and monks was reaching the zero. But matches with 3 monks+necro against 3 monks+mesmer are really annoyinng, especially if nobody wants to resign, because it is your tenth win.....

My advice for this weekend: Bring hex removal. LOTS OF HEX REMOVAL. RA is overrun by hexspammers, the average team has 2/3 hexers.

There are so many defences against pure melee damage in RA(mo/w stances, necro/mesmer hexes, kiting etc., that hexes/conditions=win. Even more because a lot of noobs will just kill themselves with SS, VoR, Backfire and the list goes on. That is why a lot of players play hexes now.

I disagree. Direct damage is where it is, degen is almost useless - IF there's a monk in the enemy team.
Sure a warrior without support is pretty helpless, but IMO physical damage with hex & condition removal is king.

Since about 4 hours ago, at least RA and probably more areas are totally unplayalbe atm. Error 7 and Error 40's all over the place and if you can load in, it is mostly 1vs3 or 2vs2 anyway. Not seen a normal 4vs4 in 53 minutes and counting.

Plz, can somebody fix this??
