I see the UK division of Amazon is advertising pre-order (avail Oct 3) on new editions of the various Guild Wars packages that are lower priced than the current ones.
These have a white background with a round "stamp" denoting the release order (I, II, III and Expansion).
Anyone have any info on these? I assumed with the Compilation pack release they would be lowering the price of the standalone packages, but why release new ones? Are these just a package with a key perhaps? No manuals or maps?
Are they UK/Europe only (like the Compilation pack <boo hiss>)? Nothing like them on the USA Amazon site last I checked.
New GW "White" packages / lower price. Info?

It's not on the US amazon, so I'm guessing it's a UK Amazon thing only. It just looks like new packaging that was cheaper to make. There's probably less in the box I'd guess as well...maybe?

First I've heard of it. Maybe something new, or maybe its just some placeholder graphic Amazon is using.

15 Euro's each in The Netherlands. The same white boxes are in the magazine of a toy-store, so I guess it are indeed new packages.
Pretty nifty ones too.
