Birthdat Presnt......

Sorry for my bad spelling but,

my Asaassin is 14 months old, and when it turned 13 i logged in every day of the month, and i didnt get a presnt, i still havent goten one adni sent an email to Anet.....adn nothing has happend.......what do i do?

Is there room in your inventory bags on that character?
Have you typed /age and checked how old he/she is?
Does anyone else either play on your account or know your password?

Those might be explanations, but there is nothing to do. The b-day presents are pretty automatic. ArenaNet cannot create anything for only one account. So, I'm afraid you are without your present. My regrets.

Nothing we can do for you here. Just contact support again and keep your ticket open.
