This sounds like a blast! But I am confused about one thing regarding the costume contest. That is, how does one make a costume? Is it through the use of Tonics or Festival Hats? Sorry to be ignorant...

Nah just take a look at the pics of Daniel Frozenwind on the the first post, that is what he means, by selecting armor and dying it creatively, using helms and such you can look like you are wearing a halloween costume...oh here I had a halloween costume competition once at a party I threw with Perynne, here is a pic of the entrants made by her

Applicants with references will take top priority. However, I believe you can submit applications without one.

Yeah, thanks. But i dont see how a costume contest judge will need a reference. Its not as if you have to trust them with materials or such. They only need to be there to look at a costume and rate it. I believe the refernce is for people if they have been a judge in a costume contest before so they have some experience, which sounds reasonable, i guess.

That is amazing. I'm certainly looking forward to this modification. Daniels face on the ship is a hilarious touch and I'm sure there shall be plenty of other ghoulish little touches.

Alas it is true,

I went on a massive promotional binge give out when Lions Arch changed over 2 days, half my stuff went then, but i can make it back =)

The Schedule is being an absolute pain, due to the mad king arriving at least twice in it(got to re-shuffle things)

When i get back from my holiday (29th) i will be in information giving Hard mode.
