Uhm. Wasn't Eye of the North out before last year's Halloween? It was before Wintersday.
There were no new collectors for either, just new quests for Wintersday.
Hopefully, there will be a new quest or something this year.

I thought he was asking about collectors for party items like absinthe and stuff, not for the hats O_o

2. I know there has never been quests for Halloween, I meant that some would be nice. And the wintersday thing was way off-topic, as we weren't talking about hats or wintersday or what hats for which....

1. No collectors for hats, just be there for the event.
2. The Dwayna vs Grenth thing is a Wintersday thing, not Halloween. Halloween has MAD KING THORN.*
3. It's EVEN districts for Dwayna, ODD for Grenth.

No, EoTN was already out last year for Halloween and there wasn't any then. The only event collectors we had for EoTN stuff was for Gaile's farewell party. I don't expect a return unless they throw another such party.

If you would stop slaughtering raptor babies, you wouldn't be oversupplied with bones.
On Topic - most likely no new collectors in EotN. It's not a standalone; you need to own a campaign to access the area. Thus you can go to Kamadan or Tyria to play and buy items from holiday collectors. Although, as usual, the special drops will drop in EotN.
