I updated my video drivers the other day, using a geforce 8600, and while I'm playing GW I'll peroidicically see the window go black and a little message pop up on my icon bar that one of the video files have stopped working. This probably usually goes away in a few seconds but it is still annoying.
Anyone else see this before?

Yes, I am assuming you run Vista? If not, this is quite a bit more rare to see in XP.
Reinstall the drivers and make sure you are using Driver Sweeper.

Make sure after you uninstall the drivers, you boot into SAFE MODE and use Driver Sweeper, not into normal boot mode.
Restart again and install the drivers that you freshly downloaded before uninstalling. Restart again and it should be fixed.

Don't worry, quite a few ppl have had the same problem with the 8600 drivers and Vista - do what the unimitable Rahja says and you will be fine.
