Usually there is few enough people doing unranked that if you really HAVE to have the shrines, you can just do that without many problems.. So yeah, this is pretty worthless.

Greater options for scrimmaging in Guild Halls cannot be anything but a good thing, as scrimmages are the best means of practicing and testing new builds. Of course, playing one another with heroes is already there, but the option to add shrines would certainly make things more interesting.
