Guild Wars 2 And Hall Of Monuments

I dedicated mini kuun on one of the characters on my account. I have dedicated most of my stuff, however, on a different character on my account. Will both kuun and the stuff dedicated by this character be included into Guild Wars 2?

It looks like the question is more "will the HoM be account-wide?"

According to ArenaNet statements, the HoM will at some point become account based. How this will work, we don't know and they are not saying. Like everyone, you will have to wait for that update.
