Cant Run Guildwars PRoblem

Well im trying to run Guildwars on another comp and its installed and all. Ive put in Direct X 8 and latest driver updates alrdy beforehand and I try starting guildwars and it says this....

"Unable to initialize 3D output. Please verify that you have installed Direct x8 and a updated video driver"

Anyone know why it would be saying this.

Ive done everything required to play and my comp over the Requirements for GW

Have you tried running directx diagnostics "dxdiag.exe" to see that all is working as it should.

you can run it from the command line/search on the start button

First, you are trying to run GW with DX8 only, which makes me wonder about your GPU.
