PC on Arcane Scepter

Got a req 9 (fast casting) gold arcane scepter. Mod doesnt look too great (dance with death, 15% dmg while in stance) but I thought the skin looked quite nice so I wondered if it might be worth anything.

If its not I may create a mesmer char and use it.

still inscr. mesmer stuff -_____- inscr. mesmer wands are not that easy to sell (except froggies and other very rare types)
