[HOOD] Recruiting Specific Officers

My ign is The Seventh Rider and I am the leader of High Order of Dragons [HOOD]. We are loyal members of the full and active Legions of Avalon [LoA] alliance. We have been a guild, like many others, experiencing lots of ups and downs due to mass recruitment, and little or no requirements to join. To be to the point, I am kind of tired of these mass fluctuations and am ready to form a more consistent guild. I am going to start doing this by recruiting officers who are in charge of specific aspects of the guild. The positions open are listed.

PvE Officer - Elite Areas (DoA, FoW, UW, Dungeons, HM, etc)
PvE Officer - Title Hunting
PvE Officer - Farming
PvP Officer - RA, TA, HA, GvG (Will be allowed to recruit 1 other officer of his/her choice)

I'm not interested in devoting my life (or anyone elses) to owning a town, so there will be no faction requirements - although I'm sure we will have plenty of faction due to HFF title hunting. Each officer will have a specific number of members they are allowed to recruit into the guild. This number will not be the same for all divisions of the guild, but instead will be determined by the necessary numbers to function properly. I would also like there to be fluidity between the divisions of the guild. Say a Farmer wants to start Title Hunting, this should be not only allowed, but encouraged....like the United States where you're a resident of your home state, but are freely allowed to travel between them.
