fell ~45k (dunno if 15^50 or +5e is more wanted. probably 15^50 those days. after Nichtfall/eotn release exist more beautiful caster weps than days ago.)

chaos = 60-80k
fell = 50-60k

Agreed with choas, around 70

I dont think Felly should be much more than 50k
