Looking to join guild that does elite areas and farms

Hi, like the title says im looking for a guild which does a lot of elite areas, and farms. Stuff like Tombs, UW, DoA, Sorrow's Furnace, etc...
I mainly play Paragon and I am going for protector of Tyria. But I also have an Assassin.
I've beaten every campaign and I am currently working on filling my HoM to prepare for GW2.
I'm slightly interested in PvP, but keep in mind that I am a total newb at it. I mainly just do it for the faction.
