Honestly? I thought this build would suck to, but it doesn't. The orriginal varient had 12 mysticism, 13 Scythe mastery and no wind prayers (Along with 521 health) and also used mystic vigor and imbue health. But this grants IRS and better energy effeciency, in addition to a heal that works on yourself as well.
I'm probably going to get torn apart, but I felt like posting it here.

it's terrible. you have no IAS, very little damage, too little health, a wierd mix of prot (no points in prot prayers btw) and self heals along with attacks, too little energy and probably not enough energy regeneration, you're using a cold damage scythe when it really does nothing to help in the build, there are other things but this is what immediately jumped off the page at me. where do you use this build? dervs can be capable healers but you should either heal stuff or kill stuff. you're not doing much of either with this build.

You're right, you're going to get torn apart.
Only two attack skills with the strongest weapon in the game is pretty fail. Redirecting damage - with 0 spec - towards a frontline character is pretty fail, not to mention the -1 regen. Two major runes on a frontline character is pretty fail. Mystic Regen is not a good skill for anything but farming. What's the point of the cold snathe without a conjure or anything that is related to cold damage?
I'll give you props for trying to come up with your own build instead of a cookie-cutter wiki build, but it could use some work.
VV lol, it just happened that way. Unless I'm the fastest typer in the world and got all that out in < 60 seconds. Glad to see I'm not alone in the thought

Life bond is pretty bad on this bar. Dwayna's touch is a good heal, which means you don't need so much of the other "support" stuff. WS, Victorious only? Add mystic sweep since you seem to like enchantments. Replace life bond with Heart of Fury. Hope this helps!
