This would be a little difficult to do, but possible. You'd have to modify each face, each hairstyle, each armor piece, and each armor piece. I'm not sure if dyed armor uses all different textures or not. and add an aura to it. Because all you can do with texmod is alter specific textures, and each face/hair/armor has a different texture.
And you can't modify player names, at least not so every player you'll see will have the altered effect (can't predict the names of your enemies, right). I think that's what you're asking.

No you can't change names, and making 'auras' for the professions would be hell of a lot of work.
Like Gift3d said you'd have to do not only every hair/face but also every single armor piece of armor with every single dye combo you can think of, and it has to be the hi-res version that you mod. (In an explorable or arena basically)
The game uses separate textures for different dyes, so if you mod say, Pink Mesmer Canthan armor, Blue Mesmer Canthan armor wouldn't have the aura to it.
The same thing with low/hi-res. If you mod someones armor using a texture inside town, and then go into an explorable with them, the mod won't be visible because it's a different texture. I made that mistake when I was making my guild leaders Silver Eagle mod.
