Wts Shining Maul req9

I'm fairly sure that Shining Mauls are only available from the Mantle in Prophesies and therefore would be uninscribable. I also believe they are fairly rare and of interest to some hammer collectors.

I recently had a req9 insc Shining Maul drop from the Z chest.

No idea what if anything this might be worth, so......
