farming the mes construct

hi i have been looking for a build to farm the mes construct for its dom staff with little luck. Does anyone out there have a good build for this? I have searched the farming forum with no luck. My main is a E/any but i have most prof to that point. Any tips?

I havent tried it,but the basic Shadow Form/Silver Armor build should work fine.

More specifically for a War, not sure if it's generally just hard for Wars or in general.
