the endgame of prophecies has a deldrimor weapon crafter that crafts gold items. are there any other item crafters that craft gold items?
i'm not interested in the torment weapons, or any of the bonus pack weapons.

For endgame greens as craftable, Prophecies is the only one. Nightfall and Eye of the North, however, have Elite Area Golds (Tormented and Destroyer, respectively).
Also, Factions has gold version drop from Urgoz's Warren and The Deep.

as mentioned the only craftable golds are proph end-greens, tormented and destroyer items. as to above post you might have a point, since it doesnt require any mats or money just an item to trade for them.

wiki says "The Tormented items are a set of collector exclusive weapons available from the Deacon of Whispers in the Gate of Anguish. The Deacon of Whispers gives one Tormented item in exchange for one Armbrace of Truth."

If you mean ugly, or definitely not good looking or whatever, write it... Just don't say BAD, cuz there is no such thing as a BAD weapon in GW... Everything depends on the circumstances...

But none-the-less, what Anime says is true to some extent. 
To the OP - on the other hand, what difference does it make if the weapons you get from a crafter are gold or blue? They function the same and their "value" is based upon the ease of getting them more than the colour.
