-11 degen?

Hey, I was just wondering (came to my mind while bored thinking of builds)... if you used Seeping Wound elite skill on someone, with bleeding and poison, does that give him -11 pips of health degeneration? (3 from bleeding, 4 from poison and 4 from Seeping Wound)

Degen caps at -10.If the person has regen though(say they have 3+ regen and you have 13 degen on them) they will still get max degen.

Ohh, I wasnt sure because you can have more than 10 pips of regeneration, so I didnt know if it was the same for degen. Thanks ^^

Actually you cant have over 10 pips of regen...its the same thing as the degen..if you get degen then the extra regen kicks in,but you cant have more then 10+ regen active at one time.

Technically, yes, they'll have 11, but only 10 will affect them. As Wind said, if they had 3 regen, and you put 13 degen on them, the leftover 3 degen would counter the 3 regen and they'd still have 10 degen affecting them.
Aaand.. Speaking of Seeping Wound, I was toying around with it recently for a semi-decent sin build. Used Seeping Wound, Mark of Instability, Critical Eye, Black Spider Strike, Twisting Fangs, Falling Lotus Strike, Blades of Steel, and Malicious Strike. Woulda used the [Skill] thing, but forum seems screwy about skills right now.
Aaand.. Speaking of Seeping Wound, I was toying around with it recently for a semi-decent sin build. But you have no form of SH, so under circumstances, casters CAN kill the before he reaches strike distance.(also, Mark lasts only for 20seconds, so I'd add a running/shadowstep if i were you)

Seeping Wound only procs once per condition, but if you have a high spec in it then yes 4, but it's not like if you have both it gives you 2+2.
