For whatever reason, at random times while I am playing my screen gets scrambled and then it locks.... I have to then reboot my computer to get back in.

Any idea? It is just doing this in GW.

I have already reformatted my computer, reinstalled drivers, and also reinstalled Guildwars.

Uhm.. well they re-formatted and installed new drivers, so I'd naturally assume that they have the most updated drivers.

Post the rest of your computer's specs along with what operating system you are using, etc.

Actually he said he reinstalled the drivers. It's probably a driver issue most likely. Get the newest ones. This isn't the first time I've seen GW lock up a pc with ATI 3* cards.

More specs would be handy though. Perhaps the card/motherboard/memory manufacturer has more info about their hardware and games. Perhaps a particular element the game uses is unstable in his driver. Well I guess we'll never know...

I know but I'm assuming that since they reformatted they'd have the newest, but just in case, if you don't Mithion, get them.

Also make sure that every driver is up to date, and that Windows has all the latest updates.
