I don't know if it still works but run from kondur crossroads north to the fortress of Jahai in the Jahai bluffs in HM, kill the kournan elite in there(might work to run from the Sunspear sanctuary, I don't know how many ntouka and mandragors are on the way though) . I usually get 2-3(up to 5 or 6 once) gold runes, lots of grape and blue runes(lots of survivor and attunement runes),lots of R9 grape and gold NF loot(scimitars of various flavors, shields Fiery Gladiuses, ect), sunspear points, there's an ele boss to kill in there, some decent salvage, lots of tanned hides and cloth, sometimes leather and silk or linen. To start with you can take out the bugs or not, I usually skip them, then DO NOT PISS OFF THE NTOUKA, they'll 1 shot kill you. If you pop the Mandagors, keep running, stop only to reapply SF, they'll give up once they headbut you a couple times, feigned neutrality or maybe the new by ural's hammer will help you to survive this part(you won't really need a running skill, you just have to survive long enough for them to headbutt you, then they get bored and go back to their pop up point if you've run far enough).
Once you get to the fort, agro the elites, go up the ramp, over the bridge to the shrine and take the bounty. This ensures you spawn in an advantageous place if you go down, and you get some sunspear points out of the run. It also pulls most of the kournan elites from under the bridge up to the ramp. Go back across the bridge(the ones up by the fort wall will break agro if you go all the way to the shrine but you can hold them as far as the bridge, the ones up near the gate wont go to the bridge, save them for later when you take the admiral).
When you got em grouped on the bridge take out the paragons first, they use stand your ground and never surrender and are hard to kill on their own. If you take a few warriors and dervs down first instead of the paragons, that's ok, just save the scribes for last, they die the easiest and fuel your Sliver while killing the dervs and paras(the scribes and paragons will separate into nice little clumps for you too). Don't wand or attack the dervishes, just try to body block them when they retreat, they have armor of sanctity and veil of thorns, hit them and they turn invincible. When it comes time to deal with the Scribes, stand just outside their aftershock range, inch toward them untill sliver just starts kicking in, then stop. Any closer, they hit you. They will still try and aftershock you(it looks cool, you can see the effect stop just at your feet) but it won't hit, they can't heal themselves effectively, and they should drop in short order unsupported by their paragons.
I don't know if you can maintain the energy demand of SF anymore with just the enchanting staff and you can't get close enough for daggers or scythes on account of the scribes, maybe take an earth offhand and a zealous spear of enchanting.
Once the mobs on the bridge are dead, go up through the gate and hit the boss, same plan, warriors and dervs clump around you, aproach the boss very carefully, then work the paragons, then the melee, then the scribes.
