Xunlai House Tournement Points not redistributed

Well I did not get the points I was expecting from last months Xunlai Tournement House fiasco where many people did not get their points. It was my first month signing up and thought I did something wrong an come to find out it was not me that was the problem.

Very disappointed as all I got was 5 points and you get that just for signing up. Based on the winners and my selections last month, I was expecting greater than 20 points (see here for details on scoring: https://www.guildwars.com/competitiv...es.php?lang=en). I did not even check this months winners, but I know based on my calcuations and the rules I was expecting more than 5 points if they counted the month they screwed up.

What really burns me up is they promised in the statements that they would fix and redistribute points. Well for me at least that did not happen.

If you got 5 points, it should be fine. 0 pts would mean something is screwed up. Go recheck your predictions and stuff.

Btw, I got all points I did not get last month, so I'm fine.

I got my points. You got your points. If you didn't get any then there might have been a problem but there isn't.

well i think i have a similar problem as well
I made my predictions and im sure i made them cus i triple-checked them on my computer, my family computer and the school computer but for some reason i didnt get any points this month but i did get mine last month if that helps for watever random reason?
anyways not sure if others are having the same problem

My friend didnt receive any last month and this month got 80. We made near enough the exact same predictions both months and i received 105 last month and this month. Anet cant honestly say that he only got 40 points when the only things different in our predictions were the order of the gvg winners.

First of all, ANet got it mostly right so your not getting a deluge of posts saying "WTF wheres mah ZKeys!!"

But I like you did not get my reward points on two of my accounts for August or September. I waited bout 12 hours still didnt get them and now i have a support ticket in with PlayNC. I think this is the only way to do this. Good Luck.

i got this months points in 2 batches... i clicked on him about 4pm and got 80 points, then a few hours later got another 100 points. So it seems like they did gvg and then hero battles later. Try to click on him again. I dunno.

Support tickets is the way to go. I have 2 in for different reasons to do with Xunlai with several more incorrect too (It has been so bad with miscalculations that I record all my preds on a spreadsheet to calc what to expect).

On one account I got a reward of 4 RPs, it was so bad I lol'd (being that you get 5 for just taking part).
I checked back again last night and this morning and there hasnt been a 2nd part for me.. makes me wonder if they have outsourced the calculations...>.<

One 1 account: 105 rp's
Second account : 30 rp's

80 points on both accounts. But one received points last month and the other did not. Same predictions on both accounts for both months so one should have received the August points I did not get in September. Not complaining though cause a few months ago I received 75 even though I had forgotten to make any predictions.

As to the OP, he really should have received at least 10 just for participating, 5 points each for the two months, so yes, something is messed up.

I had a similar problem: a couple of my friends left GW and so now they've been letting me make Xunlai Predictions using their accounts (I have 4 accounts to work with now). I made pretty much the same predictions for all 4 accounts, and 3 of them got 130 RPs and the other got only 30 RPs, but when I went back and calculated how many points I should have gotten, it was 75 RPs from gvg predictions at least (plus the 5 from just participating). Up until this month I've always received the proper amount of RPs, so I guess that something small must have went wrong when the update came around (to give people their RPs from previous months) that affected people's RPs this month.

This was my 4th time I entered the contest and I just got my first points ever. And I have not changed my account settings so Anet has just basically screwed up my previous points.

It was my first time predicting too, and I got 55 points! I'm happy with my 11 z-keys (crappy drops though ).

We're sorry that the XTH has not distributed points as you all expected. Could you please send in tickets to Customer Support?

Our web developer is working on backend improvements to XTH, but these will take a few months to implement. Meanwhile he will continue to work with Customer Support to get your Xunlai problems resolved.

Same problem, my some of my alternate accts got 55 pts, whereas most got nearly double that, same predictions.

I'm in the same boat. 105 points on my primary account and 55 on each of my other accounts.

I got zero points my brother who had the same predictions got 21 keys -_-

My account that missed it's points last month got them this month with no problems... Thanks A-net.

and i KNOW i had the same predictions for both months i even screenied them
but whatever i am still happy i got some keys thanks.

Well... I'd complain but I've been getting MORE points then I am supposed to get... so *shhh"
