Could also try updating your drivers..highly doubt thats the problem but it's worth a try.

your monitor should have the ability to move the projected image. mess around with your monitor's settings and you should be able to fix it.

Are you sure you have it to the correct resolution? Because it otherwise cuts it off or you dont get any visual at all.
Quaker
See if there is an "auto" button on the monitor and use that. If that doesn't work, let us know.
Also, make sure the resolution you set in GW is one that your monitor can handle. If it's an LCD monitor, set the resolution in GW to match the native resolution of the monitor.

Either you are using too high a resolution or are using an aspect ratio your monitor doesnt support. try setting it to your default resolution first.
Pariah
Have you tried moving the monitor over a little?
Snograt
As it is a new computer, GW is remembering the resolution you had it set on with your old computer. F11 to options and pick a new setting. If you know what your monitor's native resolution is; use that. If not, try them all and stick with the highest one that works best.
Or maybe your power ring needs recharging. You should never have lent it to Hal Jordan in the first place.
