Well I just got GW:EN a few days ago and havn't played much but I was just wondering this; Are all the EN skills that are attributed from like Norn rank or Asura rank gained from quests?

Yes, the EotN skills are acquired through completing various quests.

yep any skill thats associated with a title rank in EotN, does require you do a quest to get them.

Some of the ways of getting the skills might not strictly be called quests, but they are always the reward for doing something and you don't buy them from skills NPC.

there are new regular skills that don't require rank as well, of course, just buy them from the skill trader there
