You can only have 3 pve skills on your bar at any time. This includes norn, asura, sunspear, luxon/kurzick, vanguard, lightbringer, and any others I forgot.

The norn forms are elite skills, and thus you can only have 1 on your bar at a time (and no other elite skills)

Pick the asura summon that will help you most. I like ruby djiinn because it complements my searing flames build. However it's bad against destroyers who are immune to burning, so I might use the mursaat against them. I might use the ice imp in the ring of fire since it'll do more damage there. Ymmv.

I know all the things you've said in first 2 paragraphs but i wanted to know if i can learn more than 1 of each of those skill types and since u said that u switch summon skills according to the situation that's the answer i've been looking for.
So.. i can learn all the summoning spells and all the blessings (aspects) with a single character? (i'm asking this because those r q-acquired skills)

Yes, you can learn all of the skills in the game on a single character. That includes the PvE skills you mentioned.

you can lean all of the skills just cant have more than one active summon or more than 3 PvE skills, i do not believe the golem/imp summoning stones count as one thus you can have that and one of theses, not completely sure on that last bit btw.

You can have up to 3 summons on your bar thus taking up all the PvE only slots, but only one summon may be active at a time(anymore would be haxxorz)
