My Chaarcter Got Deleted: What Will Happen To Her Name?

Well yeah... I was playing a Factions trial and I made a character just when the trial was about to end. I got the name ___ (so rare) and then when I played her for a little it said the trial was over and when I looked at the character selection screen she wasn't there. When I tried to make another character with the same name on my Nightfall account it said it was already taken. Will I ever get the name back if I buy factions?

A character name counts as taken for 1 hour after the character with that name is Deleted.

Usually, if it's your own character and you delete it you can re-make it the second that you want to. I guess because you did it on a trial and it stopped registering it to your account that it makes you treat it as if it was someone else who made the name. Just gotta keep spamming character creation when it gets to be close to an hour and hope you get the name.

Also, I would suggest editing your post and removing the char name, as you never know if there is any 12 year olds that'd think it's fun to steal your char name for the fun of it.

If it's your character that you deleted, the name should be reserved for you. You can make right now if you wanted, I believe.

I use my pvp char on a single slot, so i reroll everytime. I never had any problems re-using my pvp nick seconds after i deleted it.

you shouldn't worry too much, if the name is original(i.e. no ties to any game/anime/tv show), chances are, people won't even know it.

The 24 hour hold on teh name is only for accounts that are not yours.

you should be able to remake it right now, however since you made it in a trial account it maybe possible youll have to wait 24 hours.

Why do you have a separate nightfall account? I also don't remember the trial ever deleting characters, more like it locks them until you buy the game.
