PC non Inscri Shields w/ 20% to... Caster mod

I've gotten a lot of these shields, and I'm guessing they arent worth much.
This is a high Q gloom non inscri that i've found, and im assuming it isnt a lot, but a pc on this might also help me PC all the rest of the ones i have found (and will find)

Q13 Tactics(gold, non inscri) gloom
+1 20% curses
-3 (while hexed)

Would merch that one....... only ones that sell for any amount are 30hp +1 20% and maybe -2 enchat +1, but don't see anyone buying for that....

even the 30hp +1 20% shields don't get much
