Why people say an item is worth something because it had a low b/o and someone took it is absurd.

I got a r7 15>50 longsword for 100k 20e long ago, so that is its value? Nice, anyone else want to sell me one for that price? No? But it was listed on here with that b/o price...


Checking other sales for a base value is a good idea, saying it is "that price" is not.

Because I know better, that's at least the 4th r8 insc blue magmas I've seen go for 100+10-15e range here on guru alone, and not so long ago.

I account for the inflated prices you guys give probably because you haven't seen one in awhile.

Hell, did you even try looking at the GAP in time between the bids in that auction... I certainly don't see an increased demand for them or even a counterbid beyond the b/o price.

Even at the supposed "low b/o price" it took 26hrs for someone to take it. That's slow in my book, and tells me it was sold at a fair price.
