Inscribable Platinum Wand and Staff - what requirements are availbable?

In the buy section in Ventari's I have seen more than 20 threads on the past 6 months where people have been looking for inscribable Platinum Wands and Staffs with required attributes the unofficial Wiki claim do not exist. Since we all know that Wiki is not infallible here is my question:

Do Inscribable Platinum Wands and Staffs come with required attributes other than these:

Platinum Wand:
Elementalist: Energy Storage (primary attribute)
Necromancer: Soul Reaping (primary attribute)
Monk: Divine Favor (primary attribute)
Ritualist: Spawning Power (primary attribute)
Mesmer: Domination Magic (only exception from the primary attribute rule)

The reason I ask should be obvious:
either the unofficial Wiki should be changed or
I can tell people who post threads looking for requirements that do not exist, that they are (unfortunately) wasting their time.

Only post here if you have an opinion on whether these other requirements exist. Do not turn this into a huge debate!

the only ones are inscribable are the primary ones and they come from the ZChest, i think the other attritubes like fire, channeling etc. are nonins. from factions

i personally have only gotten ones with soul reaping, spawning power, etc.

i think they can be obtained from various end chests as well as zaishen chest

I've only ever gotten ones with energy storage, domination, etc. for insc ones.
On the other had, I've gotten uninsc ones with blood magic and the like.

Uninscript ones can have any attribute,but insc cant sadly.

I got this out of the z-chest a few months ago, oddly enough way before the deathbane update.

On EotN preview weekend, I whipped through a ton of areas and inscribable platinum wands and staves were dropping like candy, however they only dropped in the primary attribute (only exception was inspiration magic from mesmer). After the preview weekend was over and EotN was release, the drop rate dropped off significantly, but they were still only the attributes as mentioned above.

I second all of the information in the opening post. I have had dozens of Plat Wands and staves from dungeons and dungeon end-chests of which the only non-primary attribute was the Domination type. Even the Zaishen Chest versions are either primary attribute or Domination as far as I have seen.

I frequently see people in Kamadan spamming for hours to buy Curses, Protection and Fire req Plat Wands but they're never successful as far as I can see.

I have about half a dozen Platinum Wands on a mule that I can post if you want empirical evidence.

I think the Lost Explorer on the first reply had it right, that for a limited time in factions areas only it was possible to get a platinum wand that was for non-primary attributes. As far as for them being inscribable, I don't know about that but I'm fairly certain that you cannot obtain from drops a non-primary attrib platinum wand anymore at this time. Stuff from the Zchest and EotN are just primary attribute and inscribable. My friend bought a req. 9 healing platinum wand with 20% HRT on these forums a while ago and I think he was told that it dropped in factions a long time ago, sadly non-inscribable/modable.

I can confirm those are the only attributes they can req if insc. - Primary Attrib for Mo/E/N/Rt and Inspiration for Me Staffs / Domination for Me Wands.

I've noticed that a year ago and was actively looking for exceptions, even browsed foregin auction sites for screenshots, seen thousands of them but couldn't find any exceptions.

Now the same rule applies to almost all inscribable multi-profession staffs/wands, the only exceptions being Bone Dragon Staff, Frog Scepter (all attributes) and Ghostly Staff (many attributes, but not all).

I used to do some farming in the factions drop area, nothing came in with non-primary attribs for the Plat staff/wand.

so far i've only gotten inscr. platinum wands/staves with a primary attribute requirement. So the assumption still stands.

I can confirm that the z-chest can drop inscribable plat wands of domination. Only inscribable plat I've ever seen.

i've had at one point all of the attributes listed above for staves...though i've since then converted to astrals instead.

i've never seen anyone selling anything other than those listed in OP but i've seen tons of requests from people trying to buy death, curses, illusion etc...though i've told them that these don't exist save a few in the form of greens.

the kaolin green weapons are the only plat caster weapons that drop outside of primaries+inspiration i think, and those are of course non-insc and unmoddable.
