when i just got to eotn, i wanted to get by urals hammer for my skill bar. but when i went to battle depths, there were no dwarves tehre. how do i make the dwarves there spawn so i can get the quest?

I think you gotta do some of those primary quests first...try using guildwiki for it b/c I don't remember exactly which ones(probably the Norn at LEAST)

Just finish the first main quest,then finish the norn bit,should take 3 hours or less,after you've done that they will spawn.
