WTB Req 7 Non Max Inscribables

I am looking for spears,scythes,bows,and focii that are req 6 or 7 and 1 point off max.

Here is an example of one I already have.
Req 7 Blood magic Spined Focus Blue Inscribable +11 energy. I am looking for these sorta items and just the same req 7 14-26 spears so I think I have made myself clear and I am paying reasonably well for some of these items.
