If I delete all of my characters, does that also remove my guild affiliation?

Press G, beside your name is a drop box, click on it and select the leave guild equivalent.

If you are the guild leader, and you have no members, you will have the disband guild option.

One note - your "name" as it appears in the Guild Roster will still be the same as it was when you joined, whether that character exists or not. Not a biggy, but it surprises some people.
