These are the rarest Staves in the game although the price may not suggest it. True collectors and High End Traders do know this.

Both Runes are pretty old with the Blue Major dating back even further.
Pre Nerf Staves did not have 20% Recharge All Spells as an inherent mod. An update added the 20% to All Spells for all max gold staves and so on.
It was alot harder to find a perfect staff back in the day.
It is impossible to match the stats of 10/10 these days for a staff. Both of these staves are very rare and a great collectable.
