Armor +10 vs (Species)

When your shield says Armor +10 vs Demons, does that only mean their physical attacks or is it any attack they make on you? (i.e. Elemental or other)

i'm pretty sure its every attack physical and spell but i could be wrong

i also believe its any type of attack involving both physical and spells.

If the damage comes from a Demon, it is calculated with you having 10 more armor than you do. Only thing that ignores this are skills that ignore armor like Obsidian Flame. Same with the +10 -v- Fire/Blunt/etc. mods

This. Anything that doesn't ignore armor.
