Sin Double Strike

Would it make sins overpowered if we added chance to double strike on attack skills?
With their shadow steps raped, it seems like they need something to bring them up to par with warriors, and would be a simple thing to implement I'd think.

What good did Assassins bring to this game now? Nothing? That's right.

First of all, sins will-never- be the same as warriors, and they really werent meant to be.
Second, sins would still fail at pvp if we added dual strike chance to attack skills, and its not needed in pve.

i didn't say i wanted sins and warriors to be the same. just wanted sins to suck less.

That really isnt possible if they dont rework them.
here to troll
so you mean my moebius could recharge my skills twice now instead of once, totally useless
Molock
Having them dual-strike on attack skills is useless, what they need is a complete rework and this isn't going to happen.
Also, keep in mind that assassins are very easy to make overpowered. The WotA buff made them extremely overpowered and for a day or two they were dominating everything.

if your playing with a competent group a sin is just as good as a warrior if not better from my point of view, having completed all guardians on him and rarely dieing just don't do stupid stuff.
Really not that complicated.
they are already overpowered in pve no buff needed

any class can be good at pve, its not hard. being good at pve doesn't mean the class is good.
anyways, i kinda agree sins need completely re-worked, but we all know thats not going to happen. this would give them a little extra power right away. I agree with molock though, it could be overpowered.... hmm especially on unsuspecting strike.
just an idea to play around with. it always seemed kinda dumb that it only happens on autoattack for sins, when a lot of builds for sin focus on hit and run tactics

Could you imagine the imbalanced damage from skills like a double unsuspecting strike? I find it impossible for them to add that. After they had to nerf the +damage on most double strike skills.

It's a great energy mechanic though. Zealous double strike crit = +8 energy.

How about normal chance to double strike while performing attack skills, but the damage bonus and other effects of the attack skill don't get duplicated?
