Ebon Vanguard Armor

I'd like to request that the Ebon Vanguard Armor as seen on some of the NPC's in the EOTN be made available to players. By this, I'm thinking specifically of the warrior NPC's scattered around the rim of the EOTN, the black armor with the silver spikey bits.

For those of us who started off with Prophecies three years ago, before it was even called Prophecies, and stayed loyal to the franchise started with characters who were essentially the refugees of Ascalon, cast out into the greater world to find and fight for a new home. I feel that this would be a nice "gimme" to players and would provide a means of closure to the GW1 storyline.

Afterall, what really does happen to the character after the completion of GW:EN? Adding in the ability to gain this armor would provide that closure as we all prepare for GW2.

And it would be great if it wasnt a money-sink.

It'd be nice for people who have been playing GW for a long time to get a special thank you for sticking with the community, and considering eotn was really geared towards the long-term players, those of us who have been playing the game for a long time, a nice little souvenir would be pretty cool. I'm thinking Anet already has something in mind for a grand prize but will probably hold on to it til closer to the launch of gw2.

Whatever, it'll probably be linked to the HoM in some way and will probably have other requirements. Ooh I do love speculation and rumour mills...

This... doesn't really make sense. By your logic all people who were at the beginning of Factions or Nightfall should get the NPC armor too?

You mean the black version of the red Vanguard armor?

It would be great. But only if there were versions for all characters, not only for warriors.
Warriors have already one extra armor.
