Phoenix of Ascending [RiSe] recruiting for GvG/Ha

Hey,

Phoenix of Ascending is recruiting a few active and experienced players for weekly GvG and HA. We are currently looking for:
-1 Core Monk
-2 Midliners that can alternate roles


About us
-North American Guild
-We have players that are experienced in all aspects of the PvP world (top 200 GvG/ HA)
-Community of friends that loves to have fun
-Most of us have been playing together for a long period of time


Requirements
-1 Mil+ Balthazar Faction (Give or Take): This will simply ensure that our recruits have a good amount of skills unlocked. You should be UAXed in the professions you consider yourself to be strong in.
- Vent/Mic along with Strong communication skills: Having a mic isn't enough, You also have to know when to use it. This doesn't mean spamming during a match, but moreso communicating what needs to be said.
-Good Attitude: Leave the ego's at home. Leave the elitist attitude at home. Nobody is perfect; everybody has room for improvement. Giving/taking constructive criticism is a crucial role in advancing in anything. We're all here to learn from each other, so just make sure your attitude reflects that.

Recruitment
We have a two step recruitment process: Firstly, You'll be briefly interviewed on vent by one or more of our officers. Look at this as an informal conversation more than a formal interview. We just want to make sure you're personality/attitude will suit our environment. Lastly, You'll be guested in a GvG or Ha to make sure you have the required skills for our team.
