its max dmg. but 20%^While Hexed witch makes me unsure of price... if it matters it has max furious and +30 on it too

Is this a TYrian Skin or Canthan Skin ?

Canthan Skin is rather small and would be merchant bait.

Tyrian non inscr could fetch a lil bit for you.
(I never really dealt with Serpent Axes so id let someone else pc it for you if it turns out to be tyrian. Try StueyG or Oblivion99)
