Quick question...

This may seem like a bad question but it is not meant that way.

Is it worth it to buy all of guild wars (the premium and then nightfall i think it is) or just wait for gw2? I enjoyed the open beta of gw long ago but never had the money until now to really buy it so I figured i would ask the community about it. I guess to offer another option what expansion(s) would be the best to get? I heard nightfall is great, pvp is ok by my terms but I like pve better normally, I just want to team with people and have a good time.

I'd say buy gw1-its still a good game for newer players,though not as many people team up now as they used to.

Depends... if you have the option and patience to wait for gw2, I would suggest that. If however you want something to play now, and are going to have to pay for it anywayz, I would suggest guildwars. As for campaigns, probably nightfall, eotn, prof, then factions.

I say NF because more people play it, and theres heros for those spots were people dont play. Also i would suggest EOTN aswell at some point, as things you get in the game (titles, elite armous etc) will have some kind of bonus in GW2.

Definitely, 50 bucks is a great deal.

GW2 is quite some time away, so play GW and have fun, while of course slowly building up your Hall of Monuments

If you opt to get it...don't expect a lot of teams but pm me on forums or in game at Melony Songbringer and I will team with you atleast till you get the hang of it
