Tyrian desert.
I am at Augyry Rock.
Target: Elona Reach.
I move to the area which is last gap in travel to ER.
Load screen appears, loads and.. And... Huh?
All sounds work, I can hear my character moving if I click somewhere,
but loadscreen just won't go away.

I restart and finally make it to Elona Reach wihtout problems.
After 20mins of party-hunting I enter the mission.

Oh great, same problem. I have to close the game. Logging out doesn't take the loadscreen away, but I can hear the theme music so it tells that I logged out.

Otherwise game runs _perfect_ if you don't count crashes that I experience atleast once a day. Got Radeon 64MB video card, otherwise beyond recommended graphics.

If you're still seeing the loadscreen, it doesn't necesarily say your VGA won't make it, allthough it's crap. Maybe your GW.dat is corrupted. A lot of loading problems are related to gw.dat corruptness. Try Reinstalling and updating your game, or use a backup gw.dat if you have one.

In all likelihood, it is the gfx card. I used to have the same problem.

But yeah, trying redownloading your gw.dat file before you move on to replacing hardware.

Yes my card is bad but problem is that the loadscreen problem hasn't been never before I entered the desert. I got this computer for some months and I have already played EotN nearly through with 2 chars, rampaged in Cantha, done Elona without a single problem. And the crashing I mentioned started only after I bought EotN week or two ago.
I'll try again if the problem is there, maybe my computer was too hot or something.

Yes this is desktop computer, Windows 2000 (blah!).
