finish the quest hunted! and map to the great temple of balthazar. pay the guy 500g and there you go

You have to go to Cantha, then do Vizunah Square mission, and Nahpui Quater mission. Then pay 500g to Senji and you get Assassin secondary.
No Factions? No Assassin.
Edit: Or do what the above post says. Although I think you still need Factions to have Assassin secondary.

you do need factions, i assumed he had it. you can also do the quest chain in nightfall i believe.

you obviously need faction, and you could either do hunted then use the profession changer at the GToB, do the primary quests in NF till you unlock the profession changer there, or go to the profession changers at either proph or Faction.

The dood in balth temple will do it for 500g once you have ascended. There are three ways to ascend.

Luminarus: Your link for Cantha (http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Nahpui_Quarter) is correct, but the Mission is the Nahpui Quarter mission.
In addition the Hunted quest is only an option as an Ascension method for Nightfall characters.

D/A...making a runner or something? Anyway you do have to have Factions installed plus finish the mission Venta Cemetary(maybe even before that). Exit Sunspear Sanctuary and talk to the profession changer.
