New Member Seeking Help

Hi everyone, I'm a new member to the community, and I just have a few questions about signatures. The first one is: Am I not allowed to make a signature, just because I'm new or is no one allowed to make a signature now? Secondly, if the answer to the first question is because I'm new, does anyone know when I will be able to make a signature? That's all, thanks.

Signatures are only available if you are a moderator, or an elite guru member.
Only way to get those no matter how long your a member.

I like the no signature thing, prevents rude comments in them

On my DoTA forum I used to read and post frequently there were many sigs...unfortunately most of them just rickrolld people. Really no point to them :/
