All this sword has on it is 20% enchant mod. It's a req 9 Purple crystaline sword with no insc, or no inherent mod, the 20% enchanting was added.
Also a seperate PC if I added 20/20 sunder and +30 HP to it.

never mod a sword to sell anymore. By modding your losing money because they hold a small value now and may not be what the buyer wants. The buyer will look at the mods and not figure them @ much value.
