It is all speculation, for all we know, they may make new NPCs that look...kinda like that.

People can make their speculative comments if they want, can criticise their own speculation, but they can't use speculation to criticise Anet as until the masks are published, there's no merit in anything you say. have you even seen what the other masks look like in the dat file the warewolf is the same textures as you woul dsay
the zombie one the only issue but if its not a mask what is it either tonic or aka full body costume
